Pampo’s Birthday Celebration…

Last night we celebrated Pampo’s 54th Birthday! Wow Dad, I think you can start getting the senior discount next year, lol. His Birthday was actually August 9th but we celebrated a few days late due to everyone’s crazy schedules. Anyway, we went to my parents for dinner, presents and cake and after the kids went to sleep it was game night. I have not had that much fun in awhile, we simply had a blast!!! The dinner was pot luck style, all of my dad’s favorites. I made BBQ pulled Pork Sandwiches, My Sis made Grilled Corn on the Cob and my Mom made Homemade French Fries in the deep fryer. O my goodness the food was amazing and I believe we all ate way way way too much and definitely succeeded a healthy calorie intake for the day. O well, totally worth it!
