Since I have no time I have to keep this short and sweet. When I finish blogging, we are headed to cable one to return our cable box and internet modem so this will officially be my last blog until we are in our new house and our internet is all set up. Sad, I know.
Okay, the Fourth of July. Didn’t do too much during the day, just packing, etc. That evening, we were blessed again by some amazing friends/neighbors, The Millea Family, who threw us our 3rd Going Away Party! I am overwhelmed by the amount of people who have gone out of their ways and have opened up their homes to have a farewell for us. We went over about six, grilled out back while the kids played and set of fireworks around 8ish. We headed home about 9pm and then watched the City of Rio Rancho Fireworks from our driveway. It wasn’t the perfect view but we were able to see them and didn’t have to drive or fight traffic so we were completely happy with that. It was a wonderful night spent with yet again some amazing people that we are going to miss dearly! Thanks again Millea Family for everything, love you guys. We will NEVER be able to top having neighbors like them :(
Picture time, there are a lot so beware…
Nana and Autumn. So precious!
After all the picture fun at our house, The four of us and Nana & Pampo headed across the street to the party…
I think Aubryn was getting jealous of all the attention Autumn was getting so she crawled up on my Mom’s lap. It was really cute!
The kids jumped all night long.
Autumn really needs a playhouse. She stayed in here practically all night!
I think you can tell how much Autumn liked the sparklers.
Owen lighting his first firework ever.
The dessert Leanne got us :( So sweet of them!
The kids chose cupcakes over the giant cookie. O’ well, more for the adults!
Leanne, Melissa, Me & Kristina. O man, I am gonna miss these ladies so much. They all live within two blocks of me and are ALWAYS there if I need something. How am I going to survive with out them right down the street????
And after the party, we got to enjoy the city’s fireworks from the comfort and convenience of our front yard…
Happy 4th of July 2012! A HUGE thanks to all the men and women who have served and sacrificed their lives to protect our freedom!
