Well, the meteorologist said that Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are going to be beautiful temperature wise but the catch is we are going to have between 35 & 40 mph winds. Ugh! Welcome Spring New Mexico. Yuck, Yuck, Yuck. So in a desperate attempt to get outside before the weather gets disgusting I packed up the kids and headed to the park for a bit after nap time. The weather wasn’t the greatest, about 60 and kind of windy, but we will take what we can get since the next couple days we are going to be stuck indoors. So we pull up to the park, Owen is ecstatic at this point, and what do we get? Yes, a park full of rude immature teenagers who are playing inappropriately on the playground equipment and smoking! Not really what I was expecting but we tried to work around it. Owen was getting a bit frustrated, understandably so, since he was unable to play on some things since they were being used by giant kids. I am not looking forward to the teenage years. Anyway, even though it wasn’t the best experience the kids and I managed to enjoy the time we got to spend outside.
