Yesterday while Owen was at school, the Burgess Girls (Me, Autumn, My Sis-In-Law & Niece Bailey) decided to take a trip to the Denver Botanical Gardens. Wow! It was so beautiful and really really big! I love Albuquerque, but it knocked Albuquerque’s Botanical Gardens out of the water, it was truly stunning. They even had a huge Children’s Botanical Garden area with lots of fun things for the kids to crawl and climb in and tons of props to play with. Autumn & her Sweet Cousin Bailey had a blast together. Megan and I were pretty stoked the cousins first field trip together was a big success. I think Owen would have really liked it so I think we will plan another trip back soon so Owen can join!

Bailey spotted Autumn’s Fruit Roll up right away and snatched it right out of her hand. Lol. Autumn is so used to being the baby that gets stuff taken from her that she had no clue what to do. Hahaha.
We split it in two pieces and both girls were happy campers.

and ran her little heart out. Let’s just say it’s safe to assume she took a wonderful nap yesterday!
