Really I don’t have much to say, shocking I know. So instead of boring you all with my words, I will just get strait to some random pictures from the past few days.
Daddy stayed home from work on Sunday because he still wasn’t feeling very well. Just a side note, in 7 years I think Brandon has only called in sick maybe a handful of times, maybe. Needless to say this was a big deal to have him home sick. Anyway, he had to go in for a couple hours to get a few things taken care of that could not wait until Monday. When the kids came downstairs from their naps, they were shocked to have Daddy home. The were all over him and wanted lots of snuggles. So precious. I ended up taking them out for most of the afternoon so Daddy could get the rest he needed without the kids climbing all over him. So glad he is feeling all better now.
To help make Daddy feel better, the kids and I made him a big pot of Homemade Chicken Tortellini Soup. His favorite!
So I started a little bit of Christmas shopping this week. Hooray for a tiny head start before Thanksgiving! Anyway, every time we go to Toys r us this kids have to go to the power wheels section and pretend to drive the cars. Here is Owen taking his sis for a stroll in the mustang! They are too funny!
Since the weather is too chilly to go to the park, we have been spending most of our mornings at the Mall Kidgits Play Area. It’s a little small and not so exciting for Owen but it has a lot of stuff for Autumn so it works. They both enjoy getting out the house and I like them burning off all that energy!
Owen goes down this slide about every way possible upside down, backwards, forward, sideway,on his belly, ect. This was his newest, walking down the slide. Crazy kid!
Autumn is REALLY into coloring these days. Here she is enjoying all the crayons to herself while Owen was at school.
