Yesterday I spent hours upon hours peeling, slicing & chopping apples to make more jars of Apple Butter and Apple Sauce. Since the Apple smell was taking over the house Owen requested a Triangle Peanut & Apple Butter Sandwich with Apple Sauce and Peas. He is so specific it cracks me up. Here he is with his delicious apple dinner!
