Okay…I am back with the second part of our trip to Denver. Thanks for being patient with me, here we go again…
Sunday:
Sunday morning we were still at Papa Bruce’s house. We woke up, got ready, packed up and headed up for a little trip to Boulder, CO. Brandon’s Aunt Patty and Uncle Doug were in town from California so we went up to Boulder, CO to meet up for a Burgess Family Brunch. Brandon’s Uncle Robbie and Cousin Brenda also met us there for Brunch as well. It was such a treat for me as I have never met any of them before. I am so very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful family.
From Left to Right we have: Uncle Doug, Papa Bruce, Aunt Patty, Brandon, Autumn, Owen, Me, Uncle Robbie and Brenda. I am still shocked at how different Uncle Robbie and Papa Bruce look and they are twins! Crazy, but they are both great people!
Owen and Autumn both LOVED their cousin Brenda and I think she was in love too! Owen wanted to sit on her lap the majority of the time. So sweet!
As many of you know Autumn is a total Mommy and Daddy’s girl and doesn’t go willingly to many people. Well, there was no hesitation with her going to Uncle Robbie, she loved him so so much!
What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning!
After brunch we said our goodbyes to the Burgess Family since it was way past nap times and headed back to Mimi’s house were we were spending the remainder of our trip. Once the kids took a nice nap we decided to head down to the pool in Mimi’s community to splash around in. Again, the kids had a blast, they both love the water!
We finished the day at Mimi’s eating some Hamburger’s and Hot Dogs with GG, Papa Nick, Aunt Teri, and Olivia. So much fun!
Monday/The 4th of July/Aunt Rose’s Birthday/Autumn’s Pretend Birthday:
Monday was a busy but fun, fun, fun day. We were celebrating The 4th of July and Aunt Rose’s Birthday. We also pretended it was Autumn’s 1st Birthday so we could celebrate with Brandon’s family since they all can’t make it down for her actual birthday. The celebration was starting at 4pm so the kids could both get a good nap in before all the fun started. We took the to Centennial Park in the morning to burn off some energy before nap time.
Headed to the park. Mimi has a sweet tricycle at her house for the grandkids. Owen had so much fun riding it all over the place!
I have nothing to say other than ADORABLE!!!!!!
After the park was an awesome nap for the kids while Mimi, Brandon and I packed up a whole bunch of stuff we needed to take over to GG and Papa Nicks house since we were spending the rest of the day over there. When we first arrived to GG & Papa Nicks house Cousin Ellie, Cousin Olivia and Owen started the afternoon off with a HUGE water fight. O my goodness they had so so so much fun and it was so very fun to watch. They were soaking wet by the end.
It started off as innocent fun just spraying the plants and stuff but it quickly turned into a huge water fight between the 3 of them. Even though the other 2 are much older than Owen, he kept right up with them and was squirting them right back. Lol!
Hanging out!
After the water fight we decided to take a family photo before the wet ones changed out of their festive 4th of July outfits.
The Whole Gang! Wish we lived closer, I love this Family!!!!!!!
After the photo was some delicious BBQ!
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Uncle Don’s Famous Smoked Ribs, Baked Beans, Watermelon, and the list goes on. Yum Yum Yum!!!
Have I ever mention how much this little girl loves to EAT? She still has no teeth but will eat anything in sight, meat and all.
Following the delicious food, we headed in to let Aunt Rose and Autumn tear into their Birthday gifts since we were all way too stuffed to eat cake. Did I tell you that Brandon ate about 12 Ribs following his meal? Yes, Uncle Don’s ribs are that good!!
Can you guess what Autumn’s favorite game is? Yep, Peek-A-Boo!
Autumn LOVES her first Baby Doll and Stroller!
No one could stand the thought of Owen feeling left out so he got quite a few gifts too! Can you say spoiled?
Let me tell you, Autumn was one happy little girl with all her new presents. Thank you everyone for your generous gifts for both of our kids. We are truly blessed to have each and everyone of you!
And we finished the party off with….Yep, CAKE!!!
GG makes the best cakes!!!! She even made a special cake just for Autumn.
“Happy Birthday to you…”
She seemed to really like her cake at first, especially the icing, until she realized what a mess her hands were.
And that made her so very sad!
After Autumn’s fun we decided to let Aunt Rose Have a turn!
What a fun way to celebrate 3 special occasions all together!
Tuesday:
I have no pictures to share from Tuesday since it was mainly just a day to chill! Let me tell you it was much needed after a busy busy busy week. Mimi and I did take the kids back to the Buck Recreation Center to swim some more and Brandon got the afternoon to go golfing with his Best Friend Travis!
Wednesday:
Wednesday was a sad sad day, time to say Goodbye! We took the morning pretty easy, ate breakfast and got ready for the day. Brandon was so sweet and took the kids to the park so Mimi and I could go get a nice pedicure together. After that we let the kids nap and we packed up the van. After naps we headed out. We only drove to Pueblo, CO, where Brandon went to college, and we stopped there for the night. We met up with some good friends of ours, The Guarienti Family, and had dinner with them at Olive Garden. After dinner Tammy had to take the girls to dance practice and Ron took us to see the new house they are building.
Or should I say the mansion they are building! Next time we stop in Pueblo we will be staying at the Guarienti Resort and I’ll have pictures of the inside to share. Their house should be complete at the end of August. We are so happy for them, they are such an amazing family!
Here is the AMAZING view from their backyard!
After we got to see their new house we headed on to meet up with one of Brandon’s Best Friends from College, Dan Beaudry, where we were planning to stay the night. It was so great to see him since it’s been about 2 years since we have seen him. After the kids were in bed we stayed up catching up, playing games and reminiscing. What a fun night. We were even able to see Brandon’s old college friend Johan who was also in town visiting.
Thanks so much Dan for a fun night and a place to stay. Miss you!

I'm so lucky to have the cutest niece and nephew ever!
Another great blog of pictures and stories! Hard to believe your vacation has come and gone, but you have some great memories of wonderful times with family and friends!
Love you,
Mimi
5 MP is excellent resolution, but where and how
can you achieve it. The Olympus E-3 contains a two and a half inch LCD screen, which
is just a little bit smaller than its competitors, however, this didn't bother me. This comes in specially handy when driving a car and you have a i - Pod Touch stand with you so you can easily slip your phone into that and not worry about it getting damaged in any manner.

To start with, see if it is possible to sell your car or cars.
The Easy Clip Fan is a must and definitely an essential for
incoming college freshmen. This keeps your unit from having
to work so hard to heat the water.

Samsungs true rival certainly being is interesting when
you hear what people have to say about these two
leading end tablets. , the Samsung Galaxy S came in one available option, which also became a huge hit.
They are Vodafone, Virgin, T-Mobile, Orange, O2 and Three.
