Owen’s preschool puts on a Spring Program each school year. Owen was super excited about it, as were Brandon and I (what parent wouldn’t be excited to see their kiddo on stage?). Owen decided to invite the whole family to come and watch him sing some songs with his fellow classmates on stage. We are SO super incredibly blessed with such an amazing family, everyone cleared their schedules to go watch Mr. Owen preform. Owen was very secret about what they were doing for their performance so it was really a cute surprise to hear him sing a whole bunch of songs I have never heard. The program was adorable, as I am sure you could expect with 100 Preschool & Kindergarteners on stage singing, picking their noses, lifting their shirts up, talking to each other, blowing kisses, and waving to the audience. After the performance, it was about 20 minutes in length, we all went out to Village in for Coffee (choco milk for the kids) and a slice of pie. It was a wonderful evening with the family and celebrating Owen on his big night :) I have to admit, I am super sentimental about this being his last Preschool performance as he’ll be heading off to Elementary School next year.

We took up took up 9 seats (almost a whole row) with all the family that came to watch our boy. He is very loved by so many people. Truly honored to have such a great family who are so involved in our lives. I have a feeling this is what the bleachers are going to look like next month for his tball games :) My sweet baby boy is sure growing up!
The program was sharing “The Good News” and the story of the gospel. It was super sweet with a really great underlying message! I absolutely LOVE how focused this preschool/kindergarten is with teaching the kids all about the Bible.

Left: Luke (Owen’s BFF) & Owen. Right: Keelan & Owen. Apparently Luke’s Mom and I have the exact same taste in clothes because 9 times out of 10 Owen & Luke show up to school in the same outfits. Hahah.

After the performance we all took a trip to Village Inn for free pie night….
Owen was super excited to get his own slice of Pumpkin Pie (his absolute favorite).

I could not be a more proud Mom to have this boy as my son. I am honored God has in trusted this sweet boy to me. He is so smart, so kind, so giving, so compassionate, so so so funny, and such an absolute joy to be around. Way to go Owen on your Last Preschool Performance, you rocked!!!!!!!
