Well he needed 40 weeks 2 days to be ready to join the family, but after much anticipation we would like to introduce our son, Owen Michael Burgess to the world. He arrived on Friday May 23rd at 4:52pm and we was 20 inches long and 7 pounds 8.5 ounces. His arrival was a little scary as he got stuck and he went into shock. 
He came out with his cord around his neck and not breathing on his own so he had to spend four days in the NICU. We were finally able to bring him home on Tuesday. We are all adjusting to the demands of parenthood and the drastic loss of sleep but as you can tell by these photos he is totally worth it.
