Chandler Wedding

Last night Brandon and I went to some of our very good friends, Jason & Danielle's, Wedding. Brandon has worked with Jason for the past 6 years at Pulte and him and his new wife have become some great friends of ours over the years. They have an adorable little boy 6 months younger than Owen and a beautiful 6 month old baby girl. They are such a beautiful couple and family we were so thankful to be able to witness their love for each other last night. The weather was not the nicest yesterday, a bit windy and chilly, but the Wedding was absolutely beautiful! The bride looked stunning and the ceremony and reception all turned out wonderful. Although we could have let Owen tag along, we decided to leave him and enjoy the night out with just the two of us. Okay well actually three if you include my expanding belly! Owen had his Auntie Kiki and her best friend Cami come over to play. They had a blast and they were even nice & adventurous enough to take him out to Dion's for pizza. Spoiled little boy. Here are some pictures from our evening last night.
Brandon and I all dressed up for the wedding. Yes, my baby bump is really bumpin'.
The lovely couple sharing their vows. Here they are receiving the Lord's Super as Husband and Wife.Mr. & Mrs. Jason and Danielle ChandlerBrandon and I at the reception. The Dinner was so delicious. Anytime someone else puts Owen to bed other than myself I am so anxious all night to see him the next morning when he gets up. Here is Owen and I before church this morning after being away from him last night. Geez, I love him so much!

Another Nice Day Spent at the Zoo

Yesterday was such a beautiful day, so my very good friend and I decided to take our kiddos to the zoo for the afternoon. The weather was absolutely perfect, not too cold and not too hot, which meant most of the animals were out and being very entertaining. Owen loved the Polar Bears (aka Teddy Bears) playing with a giant ball in the water, an Elephant giving himself a bath, the Seals swimming all around and of course the ducks splashing around in the pond. It was such a fun day spent outside with such amazing friends I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. I better hold onto the memories since the rest of the week we are supposed to have winds from 50-70mph. Yucky.

Owen enjoys pushing his stroller more than he likes sitting in it. O the wonderful independent toddler years can be so frustrating.

Here is Owen trying to talk to the Gorilla. Cami was a little more timid going up to the window without holding onto her Mommy's hands. I think the giant Gorilla was a little scary to her. My poor child has absolutely no fear other than the very frightening vacuum cleaner. Owen and I watching the Elephant take a bath. Very fun to watch! And this is what I got when I asked Owen to go stand next to Cami so I could get a picture of them. O well, they are still adorable!

Good Little Boys get Yummy Treats!

I know all of you are thinking that I had selfish reasons for taking Owen out for Ice Cream last night, but I swear it was really all for my son. And besides, just because I am preggo doesn't mean I am addicted to Ice Cream, okay yes it does but that is besides the point. Since Owen has been dealing with so many changes going on in our house trying to prepare for a new baby, we decided to take him out for a special treat last night. He has done so well with everyday waking up to some new drastic change made to the house, again. He has even officially moved into a "Big Boy" twin size bed. I cried like a baby the first night he slept in it because I am quickly realizing that my Baby is no longer a Baby. Good thing I'll have another one soon enough. Here is Owen enjoying his treat from Dairy Queen last night.

New Hobby and a New Table

Owen finally has an attention span of longer than 30 seconds so coloring has become his new favorite hobby. We tried introducing coloring months ago but his attention span just wasn't long enough to stay focused on what he was doing. Well we bought Owen this cute little table and chair set to go in his play room and he loves it, but for some reason will only sit in the orange chair. Who Knows? Here are a few pictures of him coloring at his table.

Play Day at the Park

I know I am starting to sound like a broken record, but I am so sorry for the delay between posts. I just can't find the time/energy to do much lately, I know lame excuse. Anyway, last Wednesday we took the kiddos to the Park for Picnic Play Day. They had a blast and enjoyed spending some much needed time outdoors. The weather has been pretty windy and nasty lately so we were glad to catch a nice morning to spend outside. Here are some pics from the day, enjoy, it may be awhile until another post, j/K.Owen eating his delicious Ham & Cheese LunchableAbby and her PB&JLivie playing on the slideLittle Sam going down the slideSo stinkin' adorable

An Afternoon Hanging With our Friends

Yesterday afternoon all the Dad's, Matt, Matt & Brandon, went to Santa Ana Golf course to hit a few golf balls on the driving range. So us ladies, Me, Kaitlyn & Libby, stayed at our house and played with the kiddos. We are so blessed to have such great friends to hang out with and it is just icing on the cake that all are kids seem to get along great. Of course you have the occasional melt downs and stolen toys, but for the most part the kids really do play great together. We had a potluck dinner once the guys got back, Pot Pie, Grape Salad and a super delicious Carmel Dumplings & Ice Cream Dessert. And the kids had a nice dinner of Macaroni and Cheese with a side of steamed veggies. It was a great night and everyone had a great time. Here are a few pictures of the kiddos from yesterday. There are more to come I just need to upload the pictures off the nice camera but I am too lazy to do it now, sorry. Owen & Cami playing with sidewalk chalk.
Beautiful little Cami. She is growing up so fast now. Her walking has improved so much in the past couple of weeks. She can keep up really good with Owen and Olivia now!Miss Olivia. So precious.

Trying to get a picture of all three of them is harder than you would think. This is the best we could get. All things considered I think it is pretty darn cute! And here they are watching a movie after dinner. The always wonderful Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Adventures in Wonderland.

Playing Outside with Nana & Pampo

A couple nights ago Brandon had to work super late, so Owen and I decided to go over to my parents house to hang out. They have a really nice big backyard and Owen absolutely loves to play outside and run around all over. Once we wore him out good enough we went inside and had a delicious dinner that my parents made, Ribs, Sweet Potatoes and Corn. It was delicious and it was a fun way to spend our evening. Here are a few pics. Sorry they aren't the best because I forgot my camera so I took these pictures on my cell phone. Enjoy.Owen kicking the soccer ball. Hanging from the monkey bars my Dad built about 20 years ago for my sister and I. Owen and Pampo looking up at the tree that they accidentally threw the soccer ball in. Owen sitting in Nana and Pampo's plum tree. Nana helping Owen wash his hands before dinner. I think they had more fun blowing the bubbles off his hands than actually washing his hands. As you can see, Owen hated it!
